Xplore enables you to mix small amounts of
base-material (5-15 ml) with “diamond”-additives
and shape them afterwards for testing this additional valuable
diamond-like functionality.
This whole process only takes 4 minutes. Through
its automatic control software, reproducible
samples are created over and over again. The flexible programming
gives the opportunity to generate virtually unlimited variations
in creating samples; it is up to you to test the right parameters.
Furthermore the obtained results are representative
for large scale, preventing time and money consuming
pilot scale testing. Above all it is safe and
in the end it will save time and costs.
If there is only a need for mixing or only moulding you can
use the extruder and the moulding machine separately.
