All Xplore instruments are designed, manufactured and tested for optimum use at our customer. On installation, our hands-on training can give a head start to the operating personnel by showing many “tips and tricks” that demonstrate the full potential of your new instrument(s). This will guarantee reliable, efficient and reproducible polymer formulation R&D with minimum downtime and maintenance costs for the first few years.
A subsequent preventive maintenance contract will guarantee that your instrument will continue to perform according to the specs of a new instrument over many more years: your instrument(s) will be serviced and calibrated by a qualified service engineer. He will inspect the instrument to prevent defects, calibrate the vertical force measurement, check all thermocouples and heating cartridges, decalcify the cooling jackets, upgrade to the latest GUI software and firmware versions of the PCB, advise on new or improved accessories and refresh operational training. This refreshing of operational skills is particularly advised if operating personnel changes regularly (e.g. in a University lab). Such planned preventive maintenance will minimize your downtime and the training will further improve your operational skills, thus accelerating your R&D projects.
This maintenance contract will keep your instrument(s) in top-notch condition, guarantee reproducible results and reliable data over years and minimize the chance of malfunction in the period to come. Xplore Instruments continuously puts efforts in technical training of its agents: via our Xplore service network, you will find the certified know-how, skills and expertise needed to carry out all the fundamental procedures that will ensure that your Xplore instrument continues to perform at its peak level. To guarantee a prolonged optimum performance of your instrument, your local Xplore agent has several maintenance contracts to offer to satisfy your needs, you can contact him here.
Our experienced application engineers can support you with application or processing support on any of our instruments. Their broad experience in micro polymer processing and shaping with our instruments will give you a head start in your new developments.
